Late Booking – $819.59 (Nov. 21 – Dec. 18, club night – full payment at time of booking)
All of the Banff packages have a non-refundable $100.00 deposit, regardless of which package or when you book.

- All include breakfasts in their dining room – Full buffet breakfasts. All you can eat!

Booking:
— Must be a Pacific Ski Club or Victoria Alpine Ski Club member to book – no exceptions
- Please fill in your Pacific Ski Club Tours Form We have these at club nights
- $100.00 deposit at time of booking. Not refundable.
- Please indicate either the 7 day or 10 day trip when booking Banff 2026
- Full refund other than the deposit up until November 30th, no questions asked.
- December 1st onward, only with a serious medical emergency or illness as per our refund policy (see Tours Form)
Booking On line: — please go to Tour Form, print out the form, fill it in, scan it, and attach the filled in Tours Form to your e-mail with your E-Transfer payment
Booking Victoria Alpine Ski Club Members:
— please fill in you Pacific Ski Club Tours Form.
— add (VASC) after ‘Participant (your full name)
— as you are a Sister Club Member, prices are the same as PSC Club Members
Banff Payments:
- $100.00 non-refundable deposit at all bookings–may pay full price at time of booking. That $100.00 ensures your Early Bird Price to Sept. 19th, 2025
- $400.00 September 19th club night ($300 more for Early Bird bookings)
- $600.00 October club night ($200 more for Early Bird bookings)
- Balance November 20th, club night – Full payment after this date.
- Full payment can be made at any time when booking
- At a club events: Pay by Cash, cheque, all credit cards & debit cards
- E-transfer to: pacificskiclub.payment@gmail.com (please, include which trip in the message box)
- Cancellation for Banff 2026 – No refund on the $100 deposit. No refund after December 1st 2025, the deadline to cancel your trip.

Banff Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation, other than the deposit, until December 18, 2025 PSC Club Night. No refund after the deadline. If you can find a compatible member* to take your place, they pay the full price directly to you.
*Note: That replacement member must be compatible with your roommate, fill in the tours form, and is bound by the same conditions as the original member.
